Stables

Main stable, constructed of large dense cement blocks, is 4,750 square feet.

Features seven 12’ x 12’ stalls and one 12’ x 20’ foaling stall, a two level tack room/office, a separate feed room, and a wash stall.

Twelve additional box stalls, tack room, and wash stalls are located at one end of the riding hall.

Designed for optimum horse care and safety.

Farm is inviting mixture of historical buildings and modern construction surrounded by nearly 3 miles of Kentucky post and rail fencing.

Eleven divided fields and small paddocks totaling over 70 combined acres offer many options to turnout schedules.

Paddocks and fields feature turnout shelters, radius corners and alleys.
